• Lunch 30 minutes-1 hour unpaid – provider will be scheduled from 8a-5p and can take an unpaid lunch break during the shift.

• Hours Worked for OT to apply: 9 hours per day

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Providence St. Elias Specialty Hospital is the only CARF accredited inpatient rehabilitation hospital in the state of Alaska, featuring 46 acute inpatient rehab beds.
Current physician staffing model at St. Elias provides hospitalist collaboration for all inpatient rehab patients with hospitalists attending and rehab physicians consulting, enabling each physician team member to focus on practicing at the highest level of their training. Rehab physician shifts are Monday through Friday, our staff providers take call for this department. We are looking for ongoing, consistent coverage from one locum provider. Our coverage need is full time to help support the staff as we recruit for additional staff providers. There are several weeks during this period where coverage needs are fulfilled by staff providers, we can discuss time off for locum provider during those weeks.
