*Clean files preferred (no malpractice, clean NPDB, etc.) we cannot get temp privileges to start in November without* If providers does not have a clean file, they will not be able to start until December.
*MUST be willing to work night shifts with some days as well, provider must be willing to work about half/half*
*MUST be ok with intubating patients*
*Looking for 1-2 providers to help with coverage*

• Shift Times: 7am-7pm or 6pm-7am (majority of our need is for night shift coverage)
• Lunch N/A
• Provider Min # Shifts Required: 10-12 shifts per month (we are flexible on what those shifts each month are depending on what the provider has open)
Please ensure the bid reflects the following:
• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 12
• Hours Worked for OT to apply: 12 hours per day
• Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic only: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday

CREDENTIALING
• Current CV
• License: Active only
• DEA Required: Yes
• Boards: BC or BE within 3 years of residency (ABEM is highly preferred, but we will look at FM or IM trained with extensive EM experience)
• Skills/Certs: BLS, ACLS, PAL, ATLS, NRP is highly preferred

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Volume is small, no OT is to be expected as the providers usually leave on time and pass their patients over to the next physician on the schedule.
