Dates needed for coverage:
June 22-26- I need 2 MDs
June 29- July 3- I need 1 MD
4:1 Supervision only- Medically directed Must be able to run own room if necessary 19 OR, 5 Endo Rooms, 1 Maternity
6am start for orientation first day only, 7am start-3:00pm unless asked to stay later for add on cases)
